Hi, Can I get the noco GBC011 car charger in the UK?
Should I be worried if I opened the box for the first time and it's been charging for over 2 hours? I think it was at about half charge, maybe a little more.
This would depend on how powerful the charging source that you're using is. If the GBX155 is being Fast Charged (fast charge LED is illuminated, 60W charging source is being used), it should only take about 3 hours to fully charge the unit. However, when not being fast charged and when using less powerful charging sources, the charge time would be longer. For example, 16 hours @ 10W, 32 hours @ 5W, or 64 hours @ 2.5W
@@NOCO thank you for responding and it was my fault. I didn't use the right cable and never noticed the fast charging light wasn't on, which would have saved me some time. Always read the manual first, haha!
Mine randomly stopped taking charge after using it.... I've tried using different chargers but the fast charge light is stuck on red. I've only had the jumbox for a week!!!! Apparently this is an ongoing issue with the X series and Nico isn't doing anything to address it.

Yes, the GBX55 can be charged from a 240V AC outlet.

just bought one and gives me a charing error, what could be? I tried using home outlet to usb-c input

Mine won't charge after dying out. Tried multiple cables and connections. Just a dead brick. :(

Meanwhile this hunk of junk has been plugged up to a house outlet for 3 days now.. i keep getting errors.. Why wont this brick charge? Such a waste of money. Jumper cables are still by far easier and less of a headache to just flag down someone to help.

Lo compre en julio de 2023, conseguir un cargador de 100w y un cable usb-c a usb-c para conectarlo con el cargador, el equipo es nuevo nunca lo he usado y lleva tres días que no pasa de destellar el indicador de baja temperatura. Ví las reseñas de Amazon y muchos se quejan de lo mismo no se recarga y que es un producto basura muy caro. Noco, me desepcionaron, también les compré cuatro cargadores genius y la verdad siento que compre basura que más temprano que tarde, también van a fallar y como muchos otros compradores dijeron si los enviará a reparación por garantía desde México tendría que hechar más dinero bueno al malo. Lamentable que sus productos sólo sean una bonita presentación valen más las cajas en donde vienen que los circuitos que traen sus productos.👎😡😡😡
