Shorts still work really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of famester, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.
I'm struggling everywhere, but at the same time, I have just started being consistent this year. I feel invisible, but it may be just because I haven't worked long enough or hard enough.
I just did a poll for the first time! Thanks for the encouragement!! My question was "When it comes to your mindset about money, which one do you more closely relate to" and then gave them some options.
Hi Trena, I have been watching your videos, here are a few questions I would like to see covered: • if you do a spark strategy that is successful but want to generate more sales of the same product, do you do another spark strategy with a new core video/spark videos? • what's the best thing to sell in a spark strategy? I'm currently selling a mini-course for €47 Thanks for all the tips
So the spark strategy is a little dated… this is something that worked in 2021/2022… I’ve since tested be strategies that work better at sending client and sales daily with my RUclips playlist funnels, which I teach my clients inside my RUclips coaching experience. I have sold everything from $9 offers to my $2k coaching program from my playlist funnel strategy
The first frame is going to need to be important but think about how quickly that video starts! I'll be testing and digging more into it... sharing what I learn in YTCE!
RUclips doesn't let you upload a custom thumbnail yet however there is an easy workaround. Add your thumbnail to the first and last second of your short then after you publish go into your RUclips video editor and trim that first and last second from your video. The algorithm will still catch it as the thumbnail to use but the viewer won't be bothered by it . Hope that's helpful❤❤
Yes to the AI Tools... especially if there's one that helps with editing! And topic wise, I would love to see more about understanding when to switch out a thumbnail, when to tweak your title, those sort of things... basically how to interpret the data you're seeing!
This is great to think about all of this! I actually go into way more detail than o ever could in a RUclips video with my clients inside my RUclips Coaching Experience. I actually review their data for them on calls so they can see what I’m looking at and how I interpret it… it’s incredibly valuable for my clients!
I would think about "classic" styles or maybe capsule wardrobes... I know there are people out there who want to invest in quality clothing that will remain timeless
AI tools is coming! At first it can seem intimidating but most of the time when I work with my clients to get a workflow in place for consistency, they over thought the entire process way too much
That’s a pretty common issue… one of the biggest reasons why people end up not converting from their videos is they are attracting the wrong people to their channels… they are usually creating content for the masses and not their ‘ready to buy viewer’. I go into to deep detail on how to do this with my clients inside the RUclips Coaching Experience
Thanks 👍 Trena for these 5 RUclips channel strategies and I need to work on all 5 and I appreciate the help you are providing through your videos and it is why I love 🥰 every video and this channel. I have asked my subscribers/viewers a question about my channel name if they prefer: • David the Scottish Vegan •David McGregor Plant Based • Whole Plant Foods By David My biggest problem on my channel is increasing watch time. Love 💗 Trena.
Getting started is the hardest part! I would focus on choosing topics you know your audience is looking for AND making sure your title and thumbnail is compelling enough to get your target audience to click

Also what is a good click through rate and how to know when to change your thumbnail or title. Thanks
I’d love to see more videos for beginners starting from zero. What type of videos and playlists should we focus on as beginners?

Thank you! What about thumbnails for shorts? Are they important?

What would you recommend for doing clothing videos that are evergreen and never go out of style?
I would think about "classic" styles or maybe capsule wardrobes... I know there are people out there who want to invest in quality clothing that will remain timeless
