I love how the “trade offer” negotiations are basically an actual part of the process now. Its so fun watching them try to mind game each other and guess what the other needs/wants, what they crafted, etc.
I don't like them myself. Turns the RNG into a suggestion which goes against the whole point of it.
@@MeriliremI can understand that.
Of course, I personally don't mind how they sometimes trade. They don't always do it because there are times where they'd rather not want the other to get what they want too...
I rather see them play with decent decks @@Merilirem
mbts idle animation being him juggling a single banana with one hand is the most mbt thing possible
damn, the universe REALLY wanted mbt to play kashitra gate gaurdian
GATTAI MAJIN GETO GADIAN
After the third, I was honestly expecting Doug to just say "fine, we'll mirror match"
Doug can do “hide choice” after a spin to remove it from the wheel. Doesn’t seem like there’s any point to not remove them after they are spun during the episode.
@@TheGuyWhoIsSitting This episode is every reason NOT to remove them from the wheel lol. That opening was great
The universe knows what's based.
It's funny that MBT goes into the floo pack after saying "I've actually been thinking about how to build a deck with only Toucan" and then pulls 0 Toucan. Losing to Suijin effect is hilarious.
Honestly one of the best parts of this series is the crafting negotiations.
Its almost like another series inside of the series is so fun
"Anyway game 3?"
-The Goat, Dzeef
What happened there? What was MBT's game plan?
@@AshBlossomWorshiperout it with the continuous spell
@@AshBlossomWorshiper He forget about the "Gate Guardian" materials' secret effect
Doug is out there building a Labyrinth but the birds just fly over it
😂Golden
Except that one time they crashed into a wall and died
@@chelovechecheggg5185Suijin just makes a ice mirror. And birds just forget mirrors exist sometimes
But the Labyrinth is a no-fly zone :O
Mr Zeeff truly is the master of the wheel. This series is so good. Life just wouldn't be the same without a spin a week.
game 2 ending was actually so peak, damn near goddess of sweet revenge levels of content
I thought the BO3 was over, scrolled down to the comments to participate in the conversation, saw this, went "wait, Doug doesn't have any more plays, right?", and scroll back up just in time to see the final attack.
You can't convince Me the wheel isn't rigged with the first 3 minutes of the video.
Dzeef just forgot to turn off the hax.
Funny thing is, I'm pretty sure that wheel has an option to remove the last thing that got spun. Or am I misunderstanding what "hide choice" does?
That game two throw was fucking amazing, thanks for keeping this series alive and the hours of entertainment lol.
Mbt always gets Doug to ask for the specific crafting materials. Somehow he’s in the drivers seat with negotiations even when he needs the cards more 😂
That's how you know he's read art of the deal
What’s funny is those bird things from Star Wars actually WERE PUFFINS. They were filming on an island so chock full of them that they couldn’t clear the set- so they painted them over with CG as little guys cause it was cheaper than erasing them
38:16 that is the best moment in this series holy crap that was beautiful
The fact MBT got the Kashtira/ Gate Guardian pack almost 6 times is crazy. It's like the universe wanted a mirror match
I'm pretty sure that accepting the trade offer, no matter how dire one's own need is, has always led directly to defeat.
Doug outing simorgh: "That fucking bird that I hate"
I love how Doug's luck shifts. He either owns master saga this season and flops roulette. Or he owns roulette and flops saga. Gotta love consistency
It's such a minor change but I really appreciate removing redundancy by changing "Welcome back to Master Roulette! Tune in every Saturday for new episodes of Master Roulette!" to just "Welcome back to Master Roulette! New episodes posted every Saturday!"
The DougAi is growing in efficiency
methinks the trade offer was not the best idea we've ever had
He really did bad the negotiation, he should have played as he did not need anything at the beginning 😢
Favorite episode yet. Everything was hilarious from the pulls, to the trade negotiations, to MBT killing himself with Suijin. Fuckin fantastic 10/10 😂
I think it's fair to say that this was the worst trade deal in the history of trade deals, maybe ever
watching this slow ass back n forth and theres still 30 mins left to it, i love rogue wheel of yugioh
Doug should get a cat cam
I need to see his cat holding out it's paw to be held
Doug using all his power to avoid the mirror, then getting hit with the hard counter is peak.
The trade offers are the most fun part of those videos, maybe you should try and come up with a series where you have an imaginary budget and try to auction nesserary cards of each other to construct a deck or something
Call it a Duelist's market or Trade duels ?
Sounds cool but where does a wheel fit in this?
@@Dr_Baphometthe wheel is extra cash for the episode.
watching the haggling was the highlight of the video
Just in time. My wheel edging streak continues
In another universe, we got a KASHTIRAGATEGUARDIANPACK mirror.
You are now legally required to give us a bonus episode with a Kashtira/Gate Guardian mirror.
Game 2 was incredible 😂😂😂
those kashitra cards really put in work this episode
i just came down to the comment section and the first SIX comments were you, i mean i'm glad you're enjoying the video my dude but did it need 6 comments?
@@nopanko i make the comments as they come up in my head in real time lmao
@@nopanko let him try to get attention :/ these smallish creators needs as much engagement as they can get tbf
@@nopankowas about to say the same
I'm really glad this series is back.
I love how these episodes have slowly devolved into intense haggling sessions right before deckbuilding.
The trade negotiations are one of the best developments of the series
I hecking love the edit references on master roulette, crush cards know his stuff
I went into the Floo/Simorgh pack and pulled everything for Simorghs and no Floo. Decided to tinker with the Simorgh cards and they're so fun. I love them. Best birds
love that doug still seems to not know how to press the hide choice button
Whenever someone complains about losing the coin toss x times in a row and how statistically unlikely it is, we can just point them to this video now with that opening.
I'm so proud of Doug for using megamorph correctly.
The trade offers are the best parts of these
Somewhere in the multiverse, the Paradox brothers are cackling about that Suijin play in game 2.
I remember seeing Dark Simorgh in Monarch decks and I also think a couple of times in a Blackwing deck, when I last played YGO irl from 2010-2012.
That thumbnail makes me excited.
And this is why you read cards, folks. Otherwise you end up killing yourself with attacks.
Honey wake up, new Master Roulette just dropped.
Absolutely love the trade offers as always.
Truly snatching defeat from the beak of victory
Laughing puffin Doug don't look at his death stare he wants your fruit loops! DX
Dzeef: 😊
Other guy: 😐
Mirror Match! That would solve the odd number of packs left as well
It would've been sooo perfect to have a mirror match
Loving this❤ I watch each week
the suijin clutch was actually crazy wth
I think Doug has yet to come out on top of any trade offer. Lol.
"Doesnt it seem I get bad pulls during this show?"
*Also hasnt lost a single bo3 so far*
These series's have become such a piece of my routine.
I watch this or saga on my lunch breaks every day. They keep me sane :)
We need a Kashtira mirror special episode at the end of the season
These trade deals are highlights of the video for me.
I watched Joker 2 yesterday, and today Im sickly, Thanks Doug
It's so validating to see MBT make the same stupid ass mistake I seem to make every time I run into a GG deck in the wild, and forget that the OG pieces do that
I'm so happy Simorgh cards have been used.
This has been the worst trade deal in the history of trade deals, maybe ever
Best way to fool your enemy make them think they're safe
I love the Mono Blue Tank section where MBT tries to rip of Doug and Doug tries to make the video watchable.
I can't believe the effect of the GG pieces was relevant
Honestly I would've just let him have the Kashtira Gate Guardian pack at that point. You guys probably need to do a mirror match eventually, since there's currently an odd number of packs on the wheel (and since they don't add Secret Packs as often as Selection Packs, there easily could still be an odd number in 2 weeks)
This actually changes everything cause now Joseph won't have a perfect loss record.
Unlucky that Doug just never drew the few Kash cards he was running. Even just ending his turn with a single Fenrir might have been enough to completely shut down MBT.
mbtmentum we are SO back
The song and dance of the trade offers are my favorite part.
long time since I played Floo, glad yo see it... even though I was annoyed how long it took MBT to simply grab the best card in the deck (the cont spell) in games 2 and 3 - it indirectly cost him game 2, btw
Name a more iconic duo than MBT and not pulling the n/r cards he needs to make a deck work.
Me for entirety of game 2: "Joseph is in really good position, but his life points are kinda getting low, not the best thing"... and low and behold...
that one is for the people who say only life point that matters is the last one, life points ARE a resource, but they arent as meaningless as people usually think them to be
Say what you want about the trade offer, Joseph won when Doug agreed to allow him 3 copies of the field spell for no reason whatsoever
Does Bird of Perfection even do anything with the wind barrier statue banned?
I love MBT going “stop whining” like every Floo player I’ve played against😂
These videos are a true inspiration or whatever the bot says
Honestly, if the last packs for the finals are the high rarity ones I think it would be okay to open 30 packs each.
we get a game 3 because mbt turned into doug with the no reading card series XD
Make sure for when the VS pack is spun that you use blazblue music instead of guilty gear music. The deck has more blazblue inspiration than anything else
5:10 Terrors Alert. Otherwise known as a wird combination of cards. Though Underroot is literally the worst of them.
This has just reminded me how much I want to see more Simorgh cards. Unfortunately, Floo just is a little better.
God, this would have been so much easier for MBT if he just played Bird of Ancestry. Or that he was capable of object permanence.
This is the only time I've gotten heated at you, Doug! The yugioh gods clearly wanted the mirror! :'(
The only thing I know about the Joker 2 movie is that it's probably a big joke on the people who liked the first one, maybe
3:18 Priceless expression
Why do they play with the masterduel banlist in a sealed series?
VS gizmek pack is playable. There are at least enough monsters that you can summon.
Doug is so bad at haggling it's actually rolled all the way over from being sad to being impressive.
Suijin for game, mvp moment 😂
I randomly pulled a royal robina and a royal eaglen a few years ago. Never played the devk stil(not worth the one ultra i'm missing)
🐦🕊️🐦 GET WRECKED BY THE BEST DECK IN THE META GAME 💪💪💪💪💪💪
laughing puffin being the mvp was not on my master roulette bingo
Just a tip for negotiations in the future offer 5 more packs since crafts are to good.
Yes, more trade offers!
as a floo player.... i am offended.
i wont waste anyone's time by discussing details
just know
i am offended
anyways, love you Duggie ❤
🐦🦅🐧🗺
God Floo is the worst to play against lol
Suijin best Gate Guardian piece!
*uses Unexplored Winds*
Doug: Omg you can use that twice?!
Me: "And this is why I hate that deck. Stop tributing my backrow, and the fact you can is gawd awful game design."
I keep thinking about it, but perhaps the trade offers (that we get just about everytime) should simply be a thing in the rules at this point, and you'd keep the negotiation going until the player desperate enough to get the card bringing their strategy together gets swindled to hell and back. You know, some of that American capitalist spirit.
Also perhaps unlimited format?
