Thank you so much! We want to do more day hikes next time so we are starting to research all of the different trails. There is just so much to do up there!
North Georgia mountains are home ❤️ glad you enjoyed boiled peanuts! My grandpa used to make em and I accidentally found out they pair nicely with an ice cold diet coke...
Well we LOVE your home! If we ever move from the central Florida area this is probably where we would go. We are actually coming back this fall and are already counting down the days. And good to know about the boiled peanut & Diet Coke pairing. Now we will have to give this a try!
We loved your town! We are actually going back again this fall. That’s the funny thing about living in Florida-it makes us want to go places and experience a season besides summer 😊
@@micalebgoeswest it’s amazing in fall here! I was like a little kid a couple years ago when the leaves were changing😂 just an update on downtown- go to cucinellas’s. It opened recently and the pizza is AMAZING
The fall leaves there are so beautiful. Can’t wait to see them again in November! And thank you for the recommendation. We LOVE trying all the best foods where we travel so it’s on the list!
Hello! The drive to Blue Ridge is not rough at all. We drove all the way from Orlando and once we got past Atlanta it was a beautiful , scenic drive. The roads are nice and traffic wasn’t bad. There are some hiking trails that are only accessible through dirt roads, so we recommend checking out the roads before committing to certain hikes. We accidentally drove up a mountain on a dirt road and it was pretty scary, but that only happened once. Everything else was easily accessible. Hope this helps!
Ah I got ya! No, it wasn’t dangerous. It’s definitely steep with winding turns but it never felt scary and we don’t have 4 wheel drive. It may be tricky in winter when it ices over but we never had any problems when we drove in the fall.
@@micalebgoeswest that’s good to know. We will be going there the end of July and taking our Toyota minivan with 6 people and tons of luggage 😆. Hopefully it will make it there
Ha you are right-we may have overdone it. We actually drank all of that beer in 4 days. We all love beer (clearly), but after that we didn’t drink one for a month.
💕Blue Ridge!
We LOVE Blue Ridge and are already planning a return trip :)
Bro! We love Blue Ridge! We go to many of these places each Fall! Great video! Keep them coming!

Glad you enjoyed my town, this was fun to watch. I’m a Florida transplant so I was basically the same when I moved here two years ago lol

Orlando is home to us and we love it, but it is nice to escape every now and then 😉
How was the drive there? Was the road dangerous and rough??

@@micalebgoeswest I am sorry I meant the drive up to the mountain area to the cabin 😊. Thanks
