I still make an exit by flying off the side, I've done it so many times that I've gotten pretty good at sticking the landing and most cops with a grappler either do not expect it and fly over the tunnel or fling themselves into the hills and disappear.

Stolen cars can be damaged via getting shot or crashing it. Damaged stolen cars cannot be repaired
