Said this in another video, but imo this song is like the definitive Blood Omen track. Every time I think of the game, this is the first song that comes to mind. And it perfectly captures the hopeless, depressing world of Nosgoth.

If you are familiar with The Scarlet Crusade, a Guild in which I run on a RP server in World of Warcraft, you know this soundtrack is very fitting to us!
Every other piece of the sound track has happy people remembering the game, or talking about how they loved that particular bit of music and then we get to Malek's Bastion. Everyone is quiet. No one liked Malek's Bastion. lol
ConstrickTheSlayer Oh, it's an awesome track. The level was hard as dick, though. There was absolutely nothing to feed on, and every enemy was really hard. Malek's Bastion was brutal.
Malek was betrayed by the very forces he swore to protect. Even though Malek is a fictional character, I've learned an important lesson from him. Don't blindly trust, always question authority.

GEhotpants101 Indeed, it was a very frightening part. Along with this music, it makes a rare experience. Malek is a favorite character to me as well.
