Please don't kill me: The death of Slim Shady is one of his best albums. I like to think of the last few songs as eminem going back to his normal self after slim nearly got them canceled and forced half a pill down his throat. Only being behind sslp, mmlp, and tes.
some *spicy* takes here As The World Turns is better than Brain Damage. Modern Eminem is as good (if not better) than old Eminem. I’m Back is hella underrated. All Eminem albums are either good or at least solid. Some TDOSS songs towards the end of the albums don’t fit and I feel they would work better as extra songs. Not Afraid is mid for an Eminem song, there’s better songs on Recovery imo.
Hot Takes: Venom Is underrated and EXTREMELY Overhated. if Rap God was built like other songs from eminem, Wasnt 6 minutes and had a good chorus, It would top 3 easily.

And while Stan, the real slim shady, and the way I am are some of the only good songs on MMLP, they are pretty good. And I have to disagree with the take that recovery is ass, it is in my opinion better than relapse. I also have one more hot take: the monster is a mid song, and way worse than love the way you lie. And I also think that Godzilla is better than rap god, and I think MMLP2 is not peak. I love your hot take videos, and pretty much all your videos. Keep up the good work!
HOT TAKE: Encore is only hated cuz it’s not the Eminem show 2. It’s a great album. So many bangers. Relapse is amazing and is one of his most interesting albums. TMMLP2 is top 5 no debate. Kamakazie is actually really good but doesn’t stand out and doesn’t take its idea of critiquing revival very far. Great songs on it thou.
Encore didn't have to be Eminem show 2 to be an amazing album, the reason people hated it is that we could have gotten an Encore with Bully, Brand New Dance (Christopher Reeves), When I'm Gone and Monkey see Monkey do instead of My 1st single, Big Weenie, Puke and Rain man

Fuel Shady edition had pretty bad features imo, Kyrie and Luka was kind of mid to me, I see the appeal but I just don't like it and Like My Shit was fine I guess? there is a MASSIVE amount of king mathers songs that are fake or have fake ai segments, but official songs i can name that are at least partially or full complete are careful what you wish for [og leaked version from 2006] difficult [as it sounds] 2 versions as i mentioned 50 ways [a song about kim because to think that eminem would make an album without one about her is absurd] ballin uncontrollably and give me the ball, 2 basketball songs that feel like they should be on a soundtrack emulate, a song with obie trice syllables, definitely intended to be a MASSIVE song with features from jay-z, dr dre, 50 cent, stat quo and cashis all on one song the apple, romored to have been planed to be a single of the album g.o.a.t, arguabally the most famous king mathers song and definitely feels like a single everything a do, a really short song with only one verse, probally because its unfinished i get money a song with the same name, instrumental and sound to 50 cents i get money, eminem probally gave this beat to 50 cent when he canceled the album/song there are more but now i want to say, beautiful was probally planed to be for king mathers as 1. it sounds very differant from everything else on relapse and has the low tone and depressed voice that eminems songs on king mathers had 2. people who worked on that song, said they recorded the original version in 2006-2007 3. its also the only song on relapse that wasnt produced by dr dre which he didnt do much production on king mathers
Here we go: The bad songs on Encore aren't as bad as most of the shit on Revival. Recovery is mid and overrated. With only a few songs I like. Stronger Than I Was isn't bad for the first two verses. MTBMB is one of Em's worst albums. Darkness is the best MTBMB song. Yah Yah isn't that bad of a song. See you next video.

And I have to disagree with the take that recovery is ass, it is in my opinion better than relapse. I also have one more hot take: the monster is a mid song, and way worse than love the way you lie. HOT TAKE: Encore is only hated cuz it’s not the Eminem show 2. It’s a great album. So many bangers. Relapse is amazing and is one of his most interesting albums. TMMLP2 is top 5 no debate. Kamakazie is actually really good but doesn’t stand out and doesn’t take its idea of critiquing revival very far. Great songs on it thou.

Fuel Shady edition had pretty bad features imo, Kyrie and Luka was kind of mid to me, I see the appeal but I just don't like it and Like My Shit was fine I guess? The best one out of the 3 but still not great to me. Again I see the appeal though, I just don't like Godzilla that much either.

My hot take is that Eminem has the worst fanbase in rap alongside Kanye and maybe Drake. A lot of close minded "stans" that don't consider other people's opinions and haven't listened to anything besides the Eminem "circle" but still talk like they know anything.
Hot take 2: Relapse is Eminem's best album, very very subjective take because I just don't mind the theming and accents, in fact I think both of those highly elevate the album. It has amazing storytelling with songs like Beautiful, Deja Vu (By FAR his most underrated song, top 3 or top 2 to me. Please give Deja Vu more love) and Same Song & Dance. Lyrically, technically and sonically the best Eminem album if you don't mind it's quirks. Though I am a Relapse "cult follower" I don't mind other people saying it's not his best, though if you say it's bad you're simply wrong. I can elaborate further on why Relapse is the best album (to me at least) if anyone wants me to.

Stan is overrated. Amazing all around but it's not THAT perfect.
'Till I collapse is a great song but it's also very overrated. It's not even like top 30 to me. I like Soldier a lot more, especially combined with The Kiss.

People saying that TDOSS falls apart after GC2 just don't get it in my opinion. By then Slim Shady is dead of course, the songs you get after GC2 are purely Eminem/Marshall Mathers. He shows with those songs that he's taking a big turn in his career and demonstrating that he's leaving the Shady persona behind, with GC2 basically being the last Eminem song to feature Slim Shady. (We do not talk about Mourner's edition, that shit is ass)

Hot takes: square dance is the second best song on the eminem show and his 3rd best song ever. It has a great and funny chorus, amazing verses (especially the last one), and amazing production.
Another: eminem is the best rapper/producer ever, and the eminem show beats hold up or surpass dre’s beats on mmlp and sslp.
