Celebrating 125 years of The Perth Mint with Destination WA

There’s always something new to see here at the Mint, as @DestinationWA discovered on their recent visit to our historic premises. Presenter @CarmenBraidwood was particularly impressed by our glistening Argyle Treasures™ ring worth an incredible AUD 889k. The ring features a blend of 291 incredibly rare pink and blue Argyle Diamonds™ set in pure 18 carat Australian Origin Gold®.
During her visit she saw our first coins featuring the effigy of King Charles III, huge gold and silver specimens from the WA outback, as well as traditional favourites including the world’s largest gold coin and a spectacular live gold pour.
