Not sure i would hire this crew to move my baby grand. There were several things they should've done but didn't. It got moved but they struggled up those steps and shouldn't have.
Every baby grand piano our local and long distance movers have ever moved comes apart! There are square baby grand pianos, and even they come apart. Upright pianos, in some instances have front legs that are removable, but some don't.
