Gawd, this is the best that TLC can do with this family and their clothing and hairstyles? You know that the producers are the ones that dress and style these people. I'm sorry, but when correct spelling and grammar are ignored, and people suggest the bride-to-be should have gone to Atlanta for a dress, it feels like the poster has an issue with people who aren't from the south. I understand that people have different accents, but the poor grammar and spelling make me wonder if these things were taught in their schools.
These are just people from a different cultural background, clearly a close, loving family. Whilst they may have different behavioural norms, there’s nothing nasty about them. Even the Mum saying the bride looked like a chicken wasn’t meant (or, more importantly, taken) to be hurtful. I hope they found the right dress and had a wonderful, forever, wedding/marriage.
