- G'Day Friends,
I had a nice email from Marcilio 'Brawzinho' Browne yesterday asking about some of the videos I've been uploading lately and it inspired me to make a video from his footage I found on Vimeo. I mixed it with a cool song I found recently from an artist called Bayonne. I also used a couple of clips from a few other sources, the links are below.

Great compilation and Fitting music!
Very thrilling sounds at opening and totally like the visuals on the DJ, making the soundtrack, which would otherwise, to me, likely feel irrelevant, oppressive, confusing and in-the-way, allowable. Made me think actually. Have you a plan to tie-in music and visuals further in future, in new work? I mean if the DJ could just be the beach DJ at the location. If the windsurfers could just be seen having a drink at the bar at the end. . . I know that's asking a lot but you strike me as the guy who might just do it. Or tie the music in in some other way. My feeling is that music cannot be used randomly or lightly. A note of music changes everything. Music takes complete mastery over the content and determines the meaning of the visuals. I would compare this to ballet. You can't have a dance and a piece of music and successfully fuse them together, nor a dance to which you can later add music (well maybe). No, if music is involved at all, things must start with the music. The dance, the choreography comes next. Obviously this is impossible with windsurfing. Yet the problem remains.

Thanks for your support Adrain! Yeah mate as you can see I love music tied in with windsurfing. As for your ideas regarding DJs and windsurfers, the creative process is limited only by your imagination! I haven't got any plans to something like this, not because they aren't good ideas but because I only do something that motivates me enough to get my butt into gear. Who knows what the future holds! Watch this space!!
