The best part about owning an evo is you can hoon even when it rains. The domestics can't even show up if there is a single drop of water. I’m always trying to race my friends corvette when it rains lol

It’s amazing! Honestly no better turbo for a stock block Evo X! Response is stock like and it hits so much harder up top and keeps it. And as a bonus the spool noise is addicting🤤
Car looks like it pulls nicely.. how much boost are you running ? Are you on stock block ? Mind sharing your mod list
Thank you! I’m running 27 psi on E85 and a TRC GT Spec turbo. I’m am stock block also but full bolt on. Stage 4 Comp Clutch, ÖHLINS coilovers, etc lol

DreGarage man we need to talk about that list ! I’ve just acquired my EvoX and will be purchasing the same Turbo, also plan on doing Bolt ons but will start a channel specifically for that build as well as my Evo 5

Does the gt spec feel laggy. Was thinking about getting the g spec from tpc to save some of the lag. So any advice would be nice.
Not anymore laggy than stock. It is still a journal bearing turbo so it’s not the quickest spoiling in the world but pulls hard and keeps it up to 8k rpm. I thought about a G spec too but I watched chagtuned drive his Evo with a GT and liked the response his had

Bnasty Stuntz spool is just like stock but with way more up top and doesn’t fall off! Amazing turbo all-round, spool noise is off the charts too😍💯

Be careful. You are pushing it with 27psi on stock block I'm Pushing 25 with a EFR7163 making, 444 on a extremely low reading mustang dyno
Stock block can handle over 700whp and upwards of 480ftlbs of torque, as long as you manage the curve. The gt spec doesn’t hit full boost until after 5k so it can make more power without worrying about bending rods

@@jpaterna125 no idea for that build but the yt channel 370zforme had a 668whp evo x daily driven for 3 years no issues
