I literally just googled the incarceration rate of Utah, and it's 396 out of 100,000 residents. That's a higher ratio than the entire country of Canada. I'm pretty sure there are more black people per capita in Canada than in Utah.

Here’s how you stop hyper inflation. You have a system, where citizens and corporations are forced to pay the government a percentage of their earnings and potentially even their wealth. In the 1950s more work was more manual than it is today and you had teams of people that basically had to work together to preform their task Today work is more automated and dependent on what your doing you barely have to speak to another person to get it done Also people are more mobile than they were in the past in my work place two of my colleagues speak two different languages (three if you count mine IE English) I tend to be fairly good at encouraging team spirt and getting people talking and knowing each other enjoying work is in general a more productive and rewarding for the staff and profit margin at least in my opinion

I tend to be fairly good at encouraging team spirt and getting people talking and knowing each other enjoying work is in general a more productive and rewarding for the staff and profit margin at least in my opinion
