There good kids at Country Clipper! We own several Clippers and the mowers do a great job. Love the the joy stick controls. Our mowers work primarily in our cemetery and municipal environment. We have the Charger model's.

They might be “good kids” but the condition this BRAND NEW mower was sent out in was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. As I said in the video once shown the photos of the numerous obvious issues it was fixed by the dealer at cc’s expense. by the time it had 9 hrs on it I had that much time spent in repairs plus the time Brian spent on it. Also found a faulty spindle housing at the first blade sharpening. It was completely junk and should have never been installed. Rob stepped up again when shown the evidence (part was machined oversize and the bearing was actually spinning in the housing) and sent me a new one which I installed. According to rob the management team was informed of the issues that occurred and procedures were implemented to ensure that something like this never happens again.

So, why don’t you take your first video down?

Why would I? The first video shows a bunch of issues with a brand new item that should have been caught in production, should’ve also been caught by the dealer. It’s an informative video to let other people know they need to check out their items as soon as they get them and not only the display model, but the one they actually leave with. If you do find issues with your item address it with the company and see what actions they are willing to take.
