hi! in this vlog I'm going to walk you through some of the things I'm doing at 2 months postpartum to start feeling more like myself again. and no, it's not just about losing the baby weight. I want to rebuild my health in a lot of different ways so I can feel vibrant, strong, and mobile long term. Sooo important and so hard right now haha! I’m actually about to meet with a sleep consultant for the kids in a couple weeks and may share what we learn along the way. I’m a very gentle parent but want to get support to set the whole family up for success with sleep bc it’s so valuable for everyone!
