This was a phenomenal interview filled with so much insight on how I can effectively present myself in the corporate world, and get ahead. I appreciated Vicky's intentional questions to guide the dialogue, and loved the way Radha utilized practical steps in each of her frameworks, and provided examples as a way of cementing the concepts in. One takeaway that I have is effective communication can be captured in four steps: Preparation, Contextualization, Storytelling, and summarizing.
"It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness; that is life." Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Not every failure has to be a lesson.
Success is subjective. Any effort will have a return over time. Constant evaluation and course correction is the key. It is like a cannon ball vs a cruise missile. Raw effort is cannon ball approach, while effort with purpose and evaluation of progress is like a cruise missile. Cannon ball approach is good for short term goals, while longterm goals are better served by the cruise missile approach. Just some💭

This interview is kind of vague, I would really like to see you push for my specific answers that are more meaningful/helpful to the audience.
Loved this interview and format with the key points called out to the left! I’d love to see more like this
Wonderful, reflect and empower yourself..❤
#1-resilience, #2- learning constantly
