@kiekert2007 The movements you see on Lessons 1 - 4 apply to all aspects of life, military as well as civillian. They address the fundamental human abilities physical and psychological, for living and fighting.
I bought Systema excellence DVD but I wonder why I cannot find these scenes in DVD. is there any other complete DVD ? I want to watch master Mikahil give teachings to master Vasiliev :) introduce me which DVD I should buy to watch this scene of Lesson 4 Fist Placement. by the way I love the DVD series I bought. It feels more realistic than in youtube. It feels differernt for sure :) it really looks painful in DVD. I wish I could attend the actual training someday :) God Bless you all
I just wonder.. but if you teach this style to civilians.. don't you worry that they can't get to the same level of skill as they would with the military training regime behind it? won't it water the style down? the element of the nescecity to perform well seems partially eliminated..
Man, that was good, learned allot from this one!
Interesting concept. Thanks.
