Pro tip :- If you want to stop any zombie from despawning but you don't have any nametag, you can give zombie anything which he can put in his hand like any one block, any tool, etc things in Minecraft .

heres a fact you might not know about the warden it has 500 hp right well that hp os both ender dragon and wither combined the wither has 300 hp and ender dragon has 200 and 200 + 300 = 500
no its not it says here wardens are not good at combat to large amount of enemy` wardens kill 1at a time 500 is lower than 1k your server will crash but lets pretend it did not crash cuz your pc is powerful the warden can only target 1 enemy but using there sonic boom they will create the most deadly laser beem like the cannon of death they will half or even more golems if the laser is shot at all derections wardens being out numberd its not going to go well for them
Given an even larger war (3,000+ of each), we might see the iron golems actually win with even numbers. This is because they work better than any mob in a team for massive war, and while it usually takes 6-7 golems teaming up to kill one warden, we see 1,000 defeat 700 wardens here due to the warden's inferior teamwork

Not every zombie is able to pick up things, but if you put mobs in boats they don't despawn. Correct me if I'm wrong
