Joey Tempest, the lead singer for Europe, once mentioned that Joe Lynn Turner, the singer of this song, “Street of Dreams,” is a vocal inspiration to him. Ironically enough, when Joe was in the band Brazen Abbot, three members of Europe [Ian Haugland (d), John Leven (b), and Mic Michaeli (k)] were also part of Nikolo Kotzev’s band. And the album is called Bad Religion (1997) and features two additional vocalists on the record in Goran Edman and Thomas Vikström.
the intro is played by Rainbow themselves. When the singing part starts the backing track is played by the karaoke band. The difference in the sound is understandable.
Absolutely I'm going to record vocals again. I did a vocal cover of this a few weeks ago I believe I can do a better cover this time around but I will post a link to the first cover and then the new cover and we can listen to both and Deeside on the best one lol
