    METAR report from Delhi Aerodrome on date 20, at 7:00(UST)-12:30(IST). Winds are coming from 110 degrees True at 7knots with a gust of 20knots varying from 090 degrees True to 160 degrees True. Visibility of 1400m and visibility of 1100m at runway 28 heavy rain showers are observed. Scaterred clouda at 1000ft, broken clouds at 2000ft, few clouds at 3000ft and overcast cumulonimbus clouds at 6000ft are seen. Temperature is 33 degree celsius and dew point temperature is 26 degree celsius pressure is 1008 hectopascal and no significant changes are observed

    Metar for New Delhi
    On 20th at 0700UTC(1230 IST) winds from 110* at 07knots with a gust of 20knots, wind direction variable between090* to 160*, Visibility 1400m which is less than 1500m so a RVR is issued for RWY 28 which is 1100m, heavy shower and rain, scattered clouds at 1000’ broken clouds at 2000’ and few clouds at 3000’ with overcast clouds at 6000’ , OAT- 33degree celsius and DEW TEMP-26degree Celsius, QNH 1008 with NO SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN WEATHER

    metar report at Delhi on 20th 07:00 ust that is 12:30 winds are coming from 110 at 07 its speed with gust of 20kts speed , this winds are variable between 090 to 160 ,visibility is 1400m , the visibility on runway 28 is 1100m , heavy showers and rain are seen , scattered cloud at 1000feet broken clouds are seen at 2000feet few clouds are seen at 3000 feet , over cast clouds are seen at 6000 feet with cumulonimbus clouds , the temperature is 33 and the due point is 26 and QNH IS 1008hpa with NO significant change in coming 2 hours

    Metar report from Mumbai. Heading 200 degree 07 00 UTC time . From heading 110 07 kt to 20kt gust is coming. Veering from 90 degree to 160 degree. Visiting 1400 metre . Runway 28 have 1100 meters visibility. Heavy rain shower . Scattered clouds at 1000 feet . Broken at 2000 feet . Few clouds at 3000 feet. Overcast CB at 6000 feet. 33 degree temp 26 degree dew point. QNH is 1008 . And there is no significant change.

    It's good to mention that you should not base for whole flight planning off reports (METARs, AIREPs etc) but you should include forecasts too. Changes in weather can occur that aren't mentioned in a METAR since they only include information that is currently happening, not will be happening.

    metar has been issued by vidp i.e Delhi airport on 20th 0700 zulu or 1230 ist. The winds are coming from 110 degrees with a speeed of 7knts and gust speed 20 kts, with wind varibale going from 90 degrees to 160 degrees. The areodrome visibilty is 1400 metres and at runway 28 the visibility is 1100 metres with heavy showers and rain. Scattered cloud at 1000 feet broken clouds at 2000 feet few clouds at 3000 feet overcast at 6000 feet with cb clouds. The temperature at aerodrome is 33 degrees and dew point 26 degree celcius and pressure is 1008 hpa with nosignificant changes

      Just go through the symbols once, that topic isn't important but can get a question sometimes!
      So i would say, just look at the main symbols like the important clouds and precipitation types.
      If you get a question, you should know where is what written in that model.

    Dear Sir, the Metar you show is not correct, you can not have a a 3rd layer of FEW clouds, the 3rd layer must be a BKN OU OVC, unless you have TCU or CB.
