METAR report from Delhi Aerodrome on date 20, at 7:00(UST)-12:30(IST). Winds are coming from 110 degrees True at 7knots with a gust of 20knots varying from 090 degrees True to 160 degrees True. Visibility of 1400m and visibility of 1100m at runway 28 heavy rain showers are observed. Scaterred clouda at 1000ft, broken clouds at 2000ft, few clouds at 3000ft and overcast cumulonimbus clouds at 6000ft are seen. Temperature is 33 degree celsius and dew point temperature is 26 degree celsius pressure is 1008 hectopascal and no significant changes are observed

Special Metar report for delhi issued at 20th day on 15:55 IST, winds from 260°T at 12 kts gusting at 25kts, variable winds from 220°T to 300°T, visibility of 2000m, heavy rain, overcast clouds at 1000ft, aur temperature of 5°C and dewpoint temperature of -02°C, QNH - 991hpa, recent thunderstorm, windshear on all runway, no significant weather change.

Metar report from Mumbai. Heading 200 degree 07 00 UTC time . From heading 110 07 kt to 20kt gust is coming. Veering from 90 degree to 160 degree. Visiting 1400 metre . Runway 28 have 1100 meters visibility. Heavy rain shower . Scattered clouds at 1000 feet . Broken at 2000 feet . Few clouds at 3000 feet. Overcast CB at 6000 feet. 33 degree temp 26 degree dew point. QNH is 1008 . And there is no significant change.

It's good to mention that you should not base for whole flight planning off reports (METARs, AIREPs etc) but you should include forecasts too. Changes in weather can occur that aren't mentioned in a METAR since they only include information that is currently happening, not will be happening.

Dear Sir, the Metar you show is not correct, you can not have a a 3rd layer of FEW clouds, the 3rd layer must be a BKN OU OVC, unless you have TCU or CB.
