Yes approximately 1 hour or less. You just take what you need and if you need to make up time for whatever reason, you make it up in the evening or start a bit early on a Friday.

If you have the opportunity to do a placement year, definitely do it. The more experience you can get and projects you do, the more likely you get a decent starting role In Shaa Allah

Is devops called software engineer?
Yes it's a type of Software Engineer role - but instead of building the softwares, you're responsible for creating the pipelines that the softwares go through.
And now DevOps has become so broad, we do everything!
