I am a Cowboys fan and I agree. Any player or coach would be wise to play for other organizations. Jerry Jones doesn’t care about winning. As long as he is at the helm we are going to be a bad football team.

@kenxclout I think we can all agree real change will happen when JJ steps aside. I hate watching the Cowboys eat other as the organization self implodes. Continuing to do the same thing expecting different results is the definition of insanity. I don't understand why the organization believes Prescott and Elliot were the answer to a winning season. The organization needs a re-alignment.

Deion knows he's not good enough to win in the NFL where every team has at least one superstar, and there's a greater degree of parity. He needs to play against Houston, UCF, Colorado State, and Cincinnati type teams to win games. Every time he's had to coach a game when the other team has had equal or greater talent, he's gotten blown out. Jerry Jones will hire Belichick.

@ that’s a dumb response. Solely because he gives interviews doesn’t mean he’s “taken over coaching”.

When you say “Jerry’s the coach” but can’t contribute anything to say he’s the coach in the matter of “coaching the team”… you show what a silly argument that is.
You all act as if McCarthy has done well for Dallas. When you have 3 strong regular seasons and the entire team blows it in every playoff game, that’s LITERALLY 100% on the coaches inability to prepare his team. That’s it.

Look at what happened when Tom Brady left New England, that team started looking bad with Bill Belichick. But at the same time a coach can't be a coach with Jerry Jones being the owner. Jimmy Johnson would literally bench you or kick you off the team if you didn't get your act together. Start firing people for playing bad and Dallas will get that crook out of their back. The Cowboys know who their coach is and it's not McCarthy. I'm a Dolphins fan, so I've never cared about the Cowboys or their drama and Mike McCarthy seems useless. However, you have a player just publicly trashing his head coach and saying he only wants to win for the assistants and that McCarthy doesn't work hard. Everyone is going to say McCarthy has "lost the locker room" and all that BS. But before you fire McCarthy, you CUT Micah Parsons! I don't care who you bring in as a coach, you can't have a cancerous slimebag like Parsons in the locker room and expect to win.

Here's a combined stat line for Micah Parsons in two games where the Dallas D gave up 48 and 44 points. The Wildcard game vs Green Bay and Week 2 vs New Orleans.
Dallas D gave up 92 points in those two games. Parsons stats for both games are five total tackles(3 solo, 2 assist) 1 QB hit. No sacks, no tackles for loss, nothing of substance. Especially when the offensive players are also getting tackles like CeeDee Lamb. He wants to get paid next as a top edge rusher.

He speaks the truth and still the media wants to find what is wrong with what he says. I understand why athletes hate dealing with the media because they are always trying to twist your words to make up a story. Coaches only come up with a game plan and players are expected to execute it but if it doesn't work, the players are still there regardless and it is disheartening when the aging vets don't get a chance to do anything. Micah said the right thing, the media, as always, takes it the wrong way.

Deion Sanders is coaching in the worst major college football conference of all-time. The 2024 Big XII makes the Big East (when they sponsored football) and the ACC on their worst years look like NFL divisions. Did you forget that Deion got blown out by Nebraska, a mediocre Big Ten team? What about the Kansas State game? Deion isn't even the best coach in college football this season. He's taking advantage of horrible competition. If anything, the Cowboys should be reaching out to Curt Cignetti from Indiana if they want a great college coach to take over.

CU had a bad game against Nebraska, it happens; just like when OSU almost lost to Nebraska, do you really expect perfection from Deion and Colorado haha? Are you perfect in your job??
College football is open season, as any team can be beat, shoot Vandy beat Alabama, and CU could beat Vandy this year! Indiana has one of the easiest schedules in the B10 but you knew that right? So they're playing weak competition and IU were never as bad as Colorado recently, so that's why it's more impressive what Deion's doing, as he turned around the WORST FBS team in 2 years.
