The biggest problem isnt Mike, the players or the fans. The problem is the culture around the building that has permiated for years. Why put in Lance if you can't flip him. Trade deadline is passed and he's on the last year of his contract. Makes more sense to keep him on the sideline and sign him cheap next year and then check him out and potentially flip him.

Why is no one talking about the lack of play from the Cowboys Offense! They can't run block, and they can't pass protect! But they jump on Dak, the defense is just sad! Zimmer doesn't know how to use the players that they have.
Very easy answer, Cooper Rush is better than Lance. If the Cowbabies hope to salvage the season they’ll keep Rush starting, only if they’ve given up hope should they play Lance.
Trading a 4th for Mingo was smart
As somebody that has outperformed other co workers in the past and has been overlooked I know how that feels. it sends a bad message to the team. If you don't perform then you should not be playing, especially when the man in front of Trey Lance has earned that spot. Plus, the last time Trey Lance was on the field, he threw 5 interceptions. That is enough for me. He is not a starting QB in this league.
