I know for a fact my country was never conquered that it successfully defended and shamed italy & I know the difference between conquered and occupied ( on 2nd invasion ) in w/c ppl never surrendered & made it hard for the ocuppier to rule peacefully for a day of the 5 years they stayed in the country .
