I had a chance to work besides BSM, the thing which i liked the most is Sufficient manning which i observe in ur video as well, unike others where they r cutting labour cost and putting extra burden on few people who remain praying for signoff since the joining day bcuz of immense load of work, and yeah Roti or (paratha) in dinner time is very satisfying, makes all stress of work go away 😉 ....BOn VoYage Sir🍺
