American Implement: 2023 AFOP Excellence Award Winner for Outstanding Agricultural Employer

American Implement partners with SER Corporation of Kansas NFJP to enable participants with becoming successful technicians. The company has worked hand in hand with Client Service Agent Roberta Pianalto to ensure each participant is provided with all the resources needed to succeed with their company.
One of those resources includes a "boot camp" held by the company each year for prospective employees to prepare them to become the best Service Technicians. Roberta is included in this training. She is offered the opportunity to speak about the NFJP and all the services and benefits it has to offer from tuition assistance to supportive services. On completion of the "boot camp", American Implement and SER partner by entering into On-the-Job Training contracts for its NFJP participants who are now prepared to work full-time and pursue a career as a Service Technician.
