    I've just purchased one of these,very happy with it's performance thus far. With regard to suction from more powerful vac's,you should remember,most of the time you are only picking up pile from your carpet,thus,wearing the carpet down! Great video.....

    I got one for 50,- Euro it does not pick everything up on the rug but that is ok. Do that with the big vacuum. I am happy with it :)

      That's good to know - and yes, I agree...it's not crazy powerful but it's good for the price.

    Great review. I just took mine back today. I had it for a week but not satisfied. I have laminate flooring but even on the 2nd lvl it didnt get everything. Im going for a more powerfull vacuum.

      My Happy Home i know it's not great on carpet or rugs, but I would have thought laminate would be OK - but yes... You have to be happy it's doing a great job.

      A working used cordless vac is better if you are on a low budget I got a working vax slim pet for £5 a brand new charger was £10 on eBay

      I bought the one from Lidl too and about 10 days later it doesn’t work properly. I leave it constantly on charge but when I need it to clean sofas or small areas it turns on but as soon as I start vacuuming dirt it stops and doesn’t come on again. Did you have problems at all? I contacted Beldray and they told me to clean the filter and let it dry for 24 hrs and it should work. I still had issues so I asked them if they can help and they told me to take it back to Lidl but unfortunately I have not kept the receipt.
      Did you have any issues with yours? Because as it is I would not recommend it at all!

    Sir / Madam,
    I bought the above-mentioned cleaner from LIDL on 11 March 2020 as a second vacuum cleaner for my wife to use when she had to get to awkward places and the heavier machine would prove cumbersome. Shortly after I bought it, I charged it up and over the next fortnight it was used sparingly as most of the heavy duty work was completed by the plug-in vacuum. We were both very pleased with its mobility, power and the quiet motor. When the vacuum was down to one light and the dust container fairly full and while it was still sucking well I emptied the dust container and as the air filter was new, I just shook it outside to remove loose dust. I then charged up the vacuum and over the next few weeks it was used sparingly again until suddenly it stopped working. I presumed that this meant that it had run out of charge even though there was still one light on but it was flickering before everything stopped.
    I again emptied the dust container, which was almost full but still loose enough to fall out into the dustbin and cleaned the air filter but did not wash it as it appeared clean and tidy. I replaced everything and then plugged in the charger and no lights came on. I thought this might be because it needed some time if the battery had been run down. Having waited an hour with no sign of any charging lights, I presumed there was a fault with the machine and switched the charger off. Prior to this the battery charger had worked for the initial charging of the machine and after the first recharge. On testing the charger with a voltmeter, it was working correctly with an output of 26 volts. It appears that there is either a fault with the battery or the motor of the machine. Your help in resolving the issue would be most appreciated as we found the machine very efficient for our purposes until it stopped working. I can be contacted on this email address or my mobile is : 07982 100002 if you need further information.
    I have tried to contact your customer services and have been directed by email to this site and would appreciate some action on your part to rectify the problem or contact me with some form of update. Cheers.
    Mike Dobbie

      Hi Mike - sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with your vac, but I'm nothing to do with the company - I just bought this product myself and tested it. I suggest you go back to Lidl as it must come with a warranty and if you can prove you purchased it they should be able to refund you? good luck!

    More power in my hair dryer, my mother bought one for 70euro, tested it on dust on laminate floor, no suction, changed to the smallest attachment, still useless.

      It was ok for me on the hard floors but not on rugs or carpets. Corded are going to be better for you I think

    Thank you for your review, but it would be more useful, if you would show us what it actually picks up, when you use it, rather than reporting its performance. Useful for unboxing etc

    That was a really good in depth review, thank you! You have a really nice and friendly way about you too.
    I'm looking at the Airgility Max from Beldray at the moment but just wanted to see what their other models are like. The max is a 29 volt one so maybe that extra power would be helpful for the rugs. I mainly want it for the stairs though, I hate having to carry the big one up to the top and worrying about it falling over.

      Thanks for the feedback - much appreciated! If you acquire the Airgility let me know what it's like as it would be good to know...

    Absolutely rubbish i got one last week and doesn't pick up anything of my floor or carpet. Like someone said. Hair dryer has more power

    • @Homeandhorizon
      @Homeandhorizon  4 года назад

      You should return it if you're not happy with it. It works ok on my hard floors but then it's just picking up dust/fluff - and not anything like mud or threads etc... it's not great on carpets I admit!

    • @Homeandhorizon
      @Homeandhorizon  5 лет назад

      Hi there - there's no filter - you can see the dust etc whizzing round inside. You just tip it up to empty it.
