- Riders Republic is now out and it can be a little daunting diving into the game to begin with, so I've put together a quick guide on 5 things I think you should do to get get started when getting into Riders Republic.
My top 5 things to do in Riders Republic consist of uncovering the map so you can fast travel, exploring for secrets like the hidden relic locations, trying out the massive online multiplayer races, checking out the cool community creation races and going to UBI connect for some free rewards. Hopefully this guide is useful and gives you a few tips and ideas whilst you are playing Riders Republic.

This is a fantastic game! I completely agree that the sheer number of events and attractions is overwhelming! It took me 3 days to figure out how to get into the huge MP races! I'm having blast so far. Great video!
Seriously that's me right now, now that I beat the tutorial I'm just like "wait how am I supposed to go about this? There's so many events! Am I supposed to do specific ones? What goals am I supposed to be working towards? Every event I do I can't beat a single challenge and just get the 1 star for beating it, is that normal?" It really is overwhelming and they kind of just throw you in there lol.
@@Shadow72eapers focus on one sport and do events for them(it will tell you which piece of gear)
I was a huge fan of Steep, but I'm just totally blown away by Riders Republic. They really did a lot to improve the accessibility of the map, and also it just runs so well that the breathtaking landscapes aren't ruined by juttery frame rates. I just got the game yesterday, played like a half hour last night and today it's all I can think about.
I find the steering to be extremely difficult over n understeering.. wish they would add toggle sensitivity not just dead zone it doesn't affect in-game as it should I feel

Great game! My only complaint is the physics of players. For example; at times if you bump into someone you randomly get shot off in a random direction.
Yeah you also get it sometimes where someone bumps into you and you come to a complete stop.
What?! I didn't know you can create your own events in this game. I'm going to have to buy this game at some point. Might be my little Christmas present for myself.

Running this on PS5 on a 4K/60 projector with 120" screen is so immersive in first person I can't even tell you. It is smooth, huge and usually commands the attention of everybody in the room playing or not...
We all end up focusing 100% on it and everybody gets all tired cuz it's so stimulating and we're concentrating... it's like we're actually doing the race.
Two or three hours is about all I can take and then it's time for some Ghosts of Tsushima

@@iamMisterBo Epson HC3800 for the win. Highly recommended for gaming with very little lag time and extreme brightness.$100 lamps so you don't even care that you're playing all day long. I'll start looking at laser projectors when things calm down in a couple years. Cheers!
Online races are annoying, you get bumped off course every 15 seconds.

Thank you. Overwhelming is an understatement. really loving it but there are just too many stats, rewards, awards just to mention a few :-). Not a complaint, but I want to take control of what I'm doing :-).

There HAS to come a point where they open up the shop for in game currency right? It kinda sucks most of the cosmetics are locked behind micro transactions
Is it okay not being able to beat challenges to events when starting off? I can only seem to get the 1 star for simply beating an event lol.

Been having a great time so far. Still find the trick system a little weird. Wish I could just do a free control with the right stick.
Yeah some more control, maybe like the skate games would have been cool
Change your controller settings to racer and the right stick now free roams while the buttons flip and spin

Complete the secondary objectives for each event, they provide a lot of replayability and some are quite challenging!

On what difficulty tho? Im doing on pro rn and the races are too easy so i maybe gonna switch to a higher difficulty and then when i finish im gonna do all events again trying to get all secondarys and then again finish all in expert difficulty lol

No BETA progress doesn't carry over, you have to get that stuff again.

Yup that isn't a feature, I've been seeing a lot of people complain so Ubi may add it.

Just got this game and I want to enjoy it but the menu's are so much and there's so much to do and collect that It makes me not want to play. It's weird.
Looks like it's fun with friends but with AoE2, Forza and Halo all releasing in the same window, it's going to be something I pick up in a sale
Yeah I think the delays may have hurt this game. I dont blame people just waiting for Forza and Halo instead they both look really good.
If you play on PC you can get it for $15 if you sign up for Ubisoft plus! Im not sure if consoles can use ubi plus but if so i imagine it applies the same!

Hey i have done 17/18 from bike tricks and i cant fine the last one and i cant unlock it can anyone tell me how to unlock it plss?
levelling up that career unlocks new events. are you max level? if not go play the other events and level up some more, that should unlock it.
I have a question, I'm already at about 250 stars but I still don't see any Bike Tricks Events on my map. Is this a bug? Pls help me out :(
I'm almost at level 10 in all sports but my bike tricks level is literally Level 1 coz i haven't seen any event for it.
I had the same problem just do all the bike race events tand you should get it when you level it up to like 22
seems like a bug yes. should be unlocked way before 200 stars.
Question: Is it worth getting if my internet line suck? I'm running on potato internet speed (6 mbps).
Probably not no, In fact I'm not sure if you can even play the main section of the game unless yo have an online connection.
