I like this video. A really good work and surely a very effective dryer. Better than my own posted here on RUclips because the high chimney supports a rapid air flow over the driying material shortening the drying time. You use a transparent skin for the tower. Can you darken it to avoid loss of some vitamis when exposed to light? Many vitamins are sensitive to the effect of UV light and sunlight. The vitamins most affected vitamins are vitamin A, B2 (riboflavin), B6, B12 and folic acid.
How come the products inside the dryer aren't shaded from the sun? They loose nutricients this way! And, a little demonstration had been nice to see...
It's possible, why shouldn't it? But it must be sure that no insects, particularly flies enter the drying chamber. Maggots could spoil the fish rapidly.
@@ninscathy5365 Yes, I have. I got am electric dehydrator with ten tray. However, I will still be needing a bigger sized dehydrator in the future for my business.
