Scout RTT from UPLAND on Amazon. It's an aluminum shell and is completely dry. The two-inch-thick mattress is very comfortable for me at 5’-9” and 180lbs.

Bedrail to top of rack is 16 inches. The RTT is 8 inches, plus the 1 inch extruded aluminum rail under the RTT that mounts to the rack.
