Agree 100%. There is a quote from True Grit (the novel and the movie) that I think is applicable:
“You go for a man hard enough and fast enough and he don't have time to think about how many is with him, he thinks about himself and how he may get clear out of the wrath that is about to set down on him.”

Please can you advise what I can do for a damaged vagus nerve? It is effecting my breathing when I walk any distance, I feel it down my neck constricting. I had a injury to my rotator cuff which also unseated my vagus nerve, my left shoulder is wasting away due to lack of use, due to breathing. Is there anything I can be doing to help it? I will be watching your breathing video as well tomorrow. Thank you

Things to try: cranial osteopathy; electroacupuncture, qi gong, detox, herbal medicine and nutrition.

There is no one blueprint answer for all situations in an attack whether it is one person or several.
