I was sitting on the sofa with Jenson watching and listening to you play. Then you moved the camera so we could see Bushka. I didn't hear another note after that because Jenson barked at Bushka continually.
Beautiful. Fascinating to watch the fingerwork. And Bushka is, as ever, lovely - being a cat and saying ‘I’ll sit on your knee when I’m ready and not before’!

That was so enjoyable. I have a classical guitar that I used to play,but haven't played it for years! Lovely to see Bushka Cat, he is so cute. Our cat Boots would run a mile if I played my guitar near him!!
Midge used to run away when I picked the guitar, but less often these days.

@@NarrowboatJourneys I agree people can't seem to be as they should. There is a man ( Rusty 78609 ) he does a vid called comment call everyday. He says in every vid. You do you, I do me. To all the nay sayers. And he delete's them, many of them forever. Him doing that makes for a pleasant video. Hopefully when the world turns around people will get less negative? I enjoyed your playing very much, and your beard is coming in quite nicely 😉👍

Hey Phil, I play guitar as well and, yes, I can say that the exact same thing happens to me. I can play with little to no mistakes by myself but, when I try to record to see how it really sounds or when I play with/around other people, it never seems to fail that mistakes abound...lol. But maybe it's that I just think I sound good when I play alone but, the reality of it is that I'm just decent at best...and maybe calling it that is even a stretch. lol.
We enjoyed it and so did Mr Bushka, great vlog 😊

I've not a clue what the tune is just after the 16:00 point but I like it. Appears cat likes it too. Cat really is content to listen to you play.

I think it must be the soothing sound. My own cat, who has the same colouring as Midge stood in front of the television just watching you.

Thanks for listening. Most of my music is multi-tracked so I can't play it very well on one instrument.

Me too. Treated myself, for Christmas, to a guitar to learn. Last tried it sixty years ago but didn’t have the determination back then. Now old age and deteriorating dexterity in the fingers of my left hand are a problem. Missed the boat I guess ?
People think they want to pick up the guitar. But that's not how it works, the guitar picks you!
