What if a single mom who wasn't legally married to her husband b4 separation is planning on coming to d UK with her kid, how would she claim dat truly she is d owner of d kid. In dis case, she still bears her maiden name and d kid bears d husband's name. Thank you.

She needs an official report to support this claim, preferably from a court. A lawyer is best to consult for the necessary documents.
