I’m never interested in desserts myself, but I know other people expect a sweet/dessert course when entertaining (not that I do much of that any more), so having this resource for fancier - but approachable - recipes is reeeally useful! Can you freeze/defrost this meringue at any stage?
Its a really nice recipe. I just tried it out but unfortionatly my meringue was not really as stiff as yours. In the oven it "flattened" so it was not thick anymore (it has never bis as thick as in your video). Do u have any idea what went wrong? I deffinetly did everything like in the video :)
