Yessssss!! Shout out to Captain Frost for the request 🔥 Welcome back to the bro's that have been crushing for almost 3 decades!!! It's funny you brought up that you didn't think you were going to be a fan of the vocals David, because Pete's vocals is probably Chevelle's calling card, along with their unique instrumentals. You always KNOW it's Chevelle even before Pete starts singing. Happy to see the boys on here hope to see more!! REMEMBER WHEN is a fav but I think you would enjoy MARS SIMULA more. Let's goooooooo 🔥🔥🔥
Chevelle is one of my favorite bands. I always explain them as bad ass riffs, great choruses, and like you said everyone knows their place. You can actually hear all the instruments and they work together cohesively. The songs are so well written. Letter from a Thief, Safer Waters, Shameful Metaphors, Well Enough Alone, Jars, ad infinitum! And the song you just did is a newer song which shows they are still playing/writing/recording at a high level. A lot of bands that have been together for 25-30 years start resting on their laurels. Not Chevelle. Check out the songs I listed above, also Clones, Mexican Sun....on and on. Have fun. Good video.
Really glad you dug this track. Chevelle has had some amazing tunes over the years. This most recent album was produced by the same guy that did Fear Inoculum by Tool. Was some of their best work of their careers, IMO.
I love Chevelle, thanks Capt Frost. My all time favorite is definitely Highland's Apparition. Apparently I've not heard any songs from the last 2 albums, The North Corridor and Niratias; I may need to remedy that.
When this song dropped I had it on repeat for awhile. They have some super solid tunes off their latest album. Would be cool if you did reaction to either Peach or Remember When \m/

Chevelle has been on my top 5 for 2decades now nice to hear more on the channel... Pete is very much into hard power chords not really a soloist
CHEVELLE 🤘 when they dropped Wonder What's Next I became a fan. So tight and awesome. We need more 😎
Like Eddie and Alex,Dime and Vinnie Paul...brothers have this ingrained ability to write and play tight, heavy grooves. Almost like telepathy.

Captain Frost 2002 killing it again - QOTSA and CheVelle are my favorite bands, and Captain Frost 2002 seems to be requesting their stuff. Love it!
An excellent song, by an excellent group. Great video and reaction, thank you.
I strongly considered requesting this song when I joined your patreon but held back. Glad to see someone else didn't make the same mistake as me!
Nice ya check out their other albums
It was almost a drum solo, Sam was putting in work!

Chevelle just kick ass!

Remember when is soooo good but I don't know which way David would go on it. He'd either love it or hate it, no in between lol
I feel like he would dig “Ghost and Razor”
Great song. Great review
chevelle just has a way of playing some fun tunes that gets your head/body moving
First! Is that riff not intoxicating? Sam backs it perfectly behind the kit! Please listen to "So Long, Mother Earth" next! It's incredible!
Great
