3 days now me don't get back no light and when I call them bay excuses kmt
jps dont take call in reports about their light poles seriously. the residents of Trafalgar park new Kingston called in about the main light pole that has been leaning and showing signs of breaking and stress points. we all made a report about 2 to 3 years now and still the pole has not been changed. it continues to bend and its only a matter of time before it falls. i guess they believe in not changing it until it falls and cause damage maybe even fatal. the light pole is located at the intersection of ardenne road and hamilton drive new kingston, just up the road from the jps head office.

This happens globally folks.
I do not think you can compare dirty JPS to anything of a global standard. The company have no standards. No regulations that they follow. Nobody to hold them accountable for anything. No care for their PAYING customers. They are dishonest.
JPS don't respond when you call and report areas that need bushing .....
Everywhere you go you see wire put up and we the customer have to pay for it
She needs to check her facts right my house in flagaman in St. Elizabeth from Thursday . I am making calls from Thursday 3 times each day with small children in the house. All my suff in the fridge spoiled all I can hear. Sorry for the inconvenience. Fire gashing from the piece on the road I call and tell them about it all now you can send someone to look it's still there and am out of electricity
