Of all the bands there I was only interested in seeing these. I have been waiting almost 30 years since a mate handed me a mixtape of them. Brilliant set! Cheers for the upload!
No worries, and it was the same for me, I’ll upload my videos from the London gig soon. I didn’t film the whole thing but there are some different tunes in there.
Reading all these comments warm my heart that there were so many other music lovers with great taste sharing that with me and not just a bunch of kids that would not know they were witnessing one of the greatest bands ever to grace the stage. Very happy to cross them off my list after seeing Primus a few years ago at the Royal Albert. Love to you all! xxx
We had the same experience at Graspop Belgium. The only band where you did'nt have to wrestle to get upfront, wich is bizarre.. Look who's up on stage, people.. 😂😂
Mr Bungle is awesome mike patton is on of the greatest vocalist what exist because with his jokes the way he sing and the way to changes the lyrics live in this song
That crowd is embarrassing. Totally dead. Patton, Trey, Trevor Dunne, Scott Ian and Lombardo. Metal royalty. Yet no reaction? Download is definitely not what it used to be.
@@mikefoster9529 true of course, was just thinking about the people in the crowd who according to the comments, didn’t seem to know anything about Mr Bungle. I mean, if I had three icons of metal and experimental music on stage in front of me, I wouldn’t give a shit What they played!
@@fleminghell very true my mate. Just hope it's not the last we see of Bungle after this run of shows. Trevor Dunns such an under rated bassist as is Trey as a guitarist. All of them together have the power to blow anyone off stage absolute phenomenal band.
Brilliant. Essentially a mix of Anthrax/Slayer/SOD/cheesy 80s songs/a hint of Trout Mask Replica/a bunch of snippets here and there, and whatever Patton feels like doing. ♥
What pissed me off the most is the passivity of the public, I believe that many there didn't even know who Mr.bungle was. That's the impression I got. 😢😢😢
Hadn't heard any of the songs from the new album before seeing them but I was still amazed. Would have loved to see OG bungle but they're still fantastic
Nice, i generally hate people holding their phones at gigs but i missed the first two thirds of this due to work so ill make a rare exception in this case 😀
@@davidpearson6346 a little video? This is the entire set. Mike has STILL got it after all these years
was my favourite set at the festival, thanks for uploading 🙏🐢
Hey, no problem. They were the only reason I went. I’ll upload a few from the London show when I have a minute.

Mike Patton , Scott Ian and Dave Lombardo on stage together…..not a bad line up!
Wouldn't be bungle without Trey and Trevor!

I didn't tbh but they were amazing
Best set I saw all weekend, blew my fucking head off, thanks for filming and uploading!

thanks, man
Download Festival always releases some proshot streams, unfortunately this year nothing so far!! Thanks for the video!!!
Love the way the rain starts perfectly in synch with the Slayer cover
That “let’s switch it up boys” moment at 11:40 gave me some David lynch wild at heart vibes!
best band ever!!
The wonky version of Also Spracht Zarathustra at the beginning cracked me up so much 😂😂 really wish I could’ve stuck around for the whole set
That made me laugh so much in London, and even more at Download even though I knew it was coming!
THANK YOU LEGEND!
excellent stuff.
Super Cool 👍🖤
would like to see mister bungle😊
What the hell's happened to Mike's hair?!
That was the aliens… (from the story before the last tune).
Well, that settles it then.

Haha! To be fair, I always hold the phone close to me so it doesn’t obscure anyone’s view.
Tommy Dreamer on drums! #ecw jkjk
so fucking dead, that crowd DID NOT deserve bungle or Patton at all.
fu marazm. no man a enimal, Mr Bungle
Maybe don't block people's view with your phone. Great video, though.
Not a single song from California. Thats disappointing.
Have you actually been paying attention to anything they’ve done for the last 4 years 😂
@@kendohmassif1984 Yeah. I'd freak the fuck out if I bought tix to their reunion tour to see a bunch of thrash cover songs.
@@BestFightPicksHalfTheBattle not cover songs though are they? They’re playing the original Mr Bungle material they wrote back in the 80s
