The fact that they caused food poisoning, then admitted it on facebook, THEN charged her for the medical, ridiculous, should have been giving the treatment out for that for free considering they caused it.
If they admitted fault then they can get sued by each individual affected and have no case against it. Also, their business would get shut down immediately due to poor food handling.

I decided to go to nova rock festival in Austria instead of DL this year for the first time in 15 years and I don’t regret my decision. Best festival I have ever been too. Half the price, better lineup, better facilities, no crazy walk, far better organised. I highly recommend if you fancy a change next year. It makes me wonder where Download spend all the money!
For some reason any German speaking place I’ve been to for a festival is absolutely fantastic. They don’t put up with price gouging so it’s not even tried.
I love this video. I have been too anxious to go to festivals in my teens/20s but you guys put me at ease! I am now back on track to go to a festival or two before I die lol. A drink on me if I cross paths with you guys in the future! :) I hope those affected by the food poisoning are ok now and I am glad you shared the experience as it's something to consider when going to events/festivals.

It's a banging festival filled with lovely people. I can't agree more that the fresh lineup this year was fucking brilliant, it's the main reason our crew finally commited to DL. Sorry Mary had a rough one, can't lie it was funny to watch but must have been savage for her! I'm so glad I didn't get a Yorky after her banging on about them in previous years! I was very tempted. Shout out to my mate Mitch who nearly drowned in his tent in the rain but kept rocking until the end!

Top tip, if you go to burning man in an RV, it will inevitably get trashed by the dust and they will FUCK you for a cleaning fee when you return it. I am talking $$$$. Find someone to clean it before you return it to the rental place. It saved my ass. You should also have a space outside of the RV for shoes and super dusty clothes. That stuff gets in every crevice. Yes, even that one.

Top tip, if you go to burning man in an RV, it will inevitably get trashed by the dust and they will FUCK you for a cleaning fee when you return it. I am talking $$$$. Find someone to clean it before you return it to the rental place. It saved my ass. You should also have a space outside of the RV for shoes and super dusty clothes. That stuff gets in every crevice. Yes, even that one.

Poor Mary. It happened to me at Glastonbury 07. Also a very muddy year. Never had food poisoning so bad. Nothing worst at a festival. Bless her.
