Brian Barretto She's pretty much sealed in Goth culture after dating manson and her attire to match during said relationship. She customised the goth fashion to better fit her vintage needs. I personally love the style almost like a Gothic Pinup girl!
@@ZodiaKittyKati get what ur saying but remember, Aphrodite herself is the goddess of love AND WAR 😉. both lilith and aphrodite have their roots in inanna. she was the original dark feminine archetype. she was worshiped for almost 4 millennia, & worshipped for another 2 under the name ishtar. her story was eventually altered to suit the needs of various cultures from the sumerians (who worshiped inanna), to the babylonians (who worshiped ishtar) , to the greeks(worshipers of aphrodite) & roman’s (venus) & jews(lilith). but the energy behind them all is the same. All that is to say, i definitely agree. Dita effortlessly channels the energy of dark femininity and embodies it wholeheartedly in quite literally every aspect of her life. i’m in awe of her. she’s feminine, mysterious, dark brooding& wildly tantalizing- i wanna be like Dita when i grow up. 🖤
I grew up with gorgeous sisters and I was the ugly sister! I loved that Dita mentioned that. Something to relate with and now I love make up and vintage fashion. I think the whole concept of being able to find a style and art that also helps you feel more confident about yourself made me really relate.
Jacquelyn Miller she took care of herself. Took care of her skin and is naturally and beautifully aging. My grandmother, who was from Rome and was a timeless beauty, always told me “take care of your skin and take care your teeth, and when you’re old you’ll thank your younger self”. I listened. I’m 43 now, and have the skin of a person in their 20’s. I naturally have NO wrinkles (I would never have cosmetic surgery). My picture is from 2 yrs. ago so you can see I’ve always taken care of my skin from a young age. Also, at 43, I’ve NEVER had a cavity. Thanks Nanna. Love you forever ❤️
The ambient noise helped alot on the vibe of this interview, yes, it's like listening 2 woman conversation. I ❤️ Dita but omg her lipstick i think is too much red.
Dita’s story about meeting Lauren BaCall is just the best fangirl moment! I adore how she was like “YAAAAAASSS” to Lauren BaCall interrupting her conversation 😂
She’s so authentic, sweet, classy, and this may sound crazy, but a little shy?? A LADY. A total Lady. And when someone has a lot of long time friends (20 yrs. or more) it says a lot about what kind of person they are. I believe it says a person is loyal, trustworthy, authentic and kind. I have 3 long, long time friends, 2 of which we’ve known each other since kindergarten and the 3rd since we were 3 yrs. old. (So for 40 yrs. now). We’ve been through everything together. Our whole lives. And there are secrets we will all take to our graves 😉
I watched countless interview with Dita… and in each one of them she sounds so chill, warm, authentic. Almost like she’s best friends with the interviewers. I’ve never seen that with anyone else. That’s why she’s a true icon!!!
I like that she actually is shy, & just literally transformed herself for her art & expression...(also the wise words about relationships & getting through the breakups!!)
Love this interview. So much insight and I love her view on things and to hear her talk from experience, she really feels like that big sister I wish I had as a teen :) great job!
I was wondering what astrological sign she is because she’s serious and then throws a laugh in between a sentence which is what I do. Googled her and she’s a libra like me... duh 😂😂😂😂😂
well it kinda showed her true skin. most of the time its overexposed so it looks like shes 22. theres no shame in her looking older or having wrinkles. she looks great for her age anyway
I also grew up with a beautiful and outgoing older sister, and I was the ugly one. I got into vintage fashion for the same reason, I wanted to feel comfortable and beautiful in my own way.
There are specially formulated lipsticks that don't come off easily. I had two or three, years ago, and loved them. :-) Mine were matte, though; not glossy.
Try superstay lipsticks, one of them is Max Factor's Lipfinity. Caution though, because, as they may not leave marks on the glass, they will still go off your lips if you eat oily food. Such lipsticks are good for drinks and dry snacks only. Avoid them and go for nude tones on lips if you are going for dinner, because even a salad may have oil which will dissolve your lipstick and can smudge your lips.
You know she's the one when her go to is fricking Veuve-Clicquot brut. Especially when you're from the region of Champagne, in France. But i would rather go for a good Millésimé Dom Perignon Brut glass for sure.
I like that Dita has got a composure, but she still remains expressive somehow. This is what Monica Bellucci lacks in my point of view. On photos she seems so sexy and deep, but when interviewed, she seems a bit boring to me, no spark, too expressionless. Maybe because she's a prominent phlegmatic, I don't know. Dita on the contrary has got that spark in her eyes and energy.
Alex Rui I think its the logical thing to asume, but I think that probably not. Men prefer other type of sexy - not retro sexy and customish sexy and thats how they see her - thats why there is no men going on her shows except gay men and those dragged there by their girlfriends.
This woman literally oozes class... I am in literal awe.
Eboni B. Literally?
No she doesn’t? She works as a stripper basically
Dita is such a beauty. She’s a dark, almost goth version of the Aphrodite Archetype.
Brian Barretto She's pretty much sealed in Goth culture after dating manson and her attire to match during said relationship. She customised the goth fashion to better fit her vintage needs. I personally love the style almost like a Gothic Pinup girl!
id say a lillith archetype

i actually like the lighting, its casual and like im really there.
Gab&Mela Same. Very intimate, like a night out with a good friend.
This the classiest most relaxed interview I've seen with Dita , the interviewer does her job well
I grew up with gorgeous sisters and I was the ugly sister! I loved that Dita mentioned that. Something to relate with and now I love make up and vintage fashion. I think the whole concept of being able to find a style and art that also helps you feel more confident about yourself made me really relate.
I adore her honesty and her girls girl attitude :)
God, she is exquisite beyond belief.
"known for 30 years" she is ageless
she's 45 !

Best Dita interview.
Right!!!
Yeah, there are so many repetitive ones and this is so gentle, let's her shite through and gets so much new information.
I agree , other interviewers try to rush through their points and don't act engaging
This interview is so great. It feels like we're listening into someone's conversation and I just love the energy and the calmness of it.
Im back for this video 4 years later during a break up. This woman is so empowering
The ambient noise helped alot on the vibe of this interview, yes, it's like listening 2 woman conversation. I ❤️ Dita but omg her lipstick i think is too much red.
I love Dita; she is the whole package. She is beautiful, elegant, smart, funny, wise and humble. Also she is Libra like me lol I love it
When she described meeting Lauren Bacall I cackled with laughter at her reaction to it!!!!
What an incredible human being.
This is the best interview. So much revealed that I’ve never heard in any other interview.
love her , so smart and humble
I agree. She is elegant and makes me want to wear vintage.
Dita’s story about meeting Lauren BaCall is just the best fangirl moment! I adore how she was like “YAAAAAASSS” to Lauren BaCall interrupting her conversation 😂
Credit to the interviewer, she held her own in ponytail and no makeup. (P.S.My daughter is named Lauren after Bacall.)
Love the little Wisconsin- type accent that slips out here and there. She's so classy - love her
I'm 21 and I officially look up to Dita now ❤
What an awesome interview! Sooo chilled...like old friends. Gosh shes just soooo elegant and timeless💜
she seems so easy to be around and light hearted...

I want her black sweater!
@M Glan I LOVE that sweater I believe that its Dolce & Gabbana 2015
Thanks !
me too!
Finally..a real interview. Would be a treat to meet her!
So pretty , soft spoken and gorgeous
Dita is unreal, her complexion is flawless, she is exquisite.
I watched countless interview with Dita… and in each one of them she sounds so chill, warm, authentic. Almost like she’s best friends with the interviewers. I’ve never seen that with anyone else. That’s why she’s a true icon!!!
She actually looks just .Ike this in person. Absolutely gorgeous!
This is the best interview I have ever seen of Dita , Thank you. She is such an inspiring person
As always, a classy woman!!
I vote Dita Von Teese for LIFE COACH of the world!
Idk why but she totally reminds me of my grandma, she seems like an old lady in a young body
the interviewer is great, so natural and cool! something in her makes she looks like britney spears, i dont know, maybe the smile
Obsessed with her
I could listen to Dita talk all day
I like that she actually is shy, & just literally transformed herself for her art & expression...(also the wise words about relationships & getting through the breakups!!)
And also a Libra!⚖😊
great q's. most people ask Dita the same stuff everytime. but yes bad lighting.
This isn't "bad lighting", it's regular bar lighting. Dita's 45, it doesn't matter if she shows a wrinkle or two.
45 ! Oh my God.. she looks really youthful !
I don't know what she does to her skin but it looks natural and beautiful.
lots of sunscreen !
Love this interview. So much insight and I love her view on things and to hear her talk from experience, she really feels like that big sister I wish I had as a teen :) great job!
She's just so honest and humble, I absolutely love her.
I love her. Very amazing and smart woman. And rare to see women dress differently and I love her outfits
I've met louboutin and he is a HOOT and a half.
LOVE him to death.
great interview
real talk is 100% impressive to me and she is motivational for women
The epitome of femininity and beauty!
A natural, genuine goddess.
Such great break up advice! Love Dita.
Champagne is part of it....🙊💃 Santé 🤗
the lauren bacall moment is amazing. I would have pissed myself ahah
Her person just awes me. Beautiful!!
Her voice is so unique
I could listen to her all day
Very interesting & fine woman. Such women makes our life better!
The Lauren Bacall story. 😍
This is such a lovely interview
Glamorous! Down to earth lovely woman
I was wondering what astrological sign she is because she’s serious and then throws a laugh in between a sentence which is what I do. Googled her and she’s a libra like me... duh 😂😂😂😂😂
Me too!! Hahahaha
Good interview, but the lighting was so wrong!
i was thinking the same thing...they made her look kinda waxy and older
well it kinda showed her true skin. most of the time its overexposed so it looks like shes 22. theres no shame in her looking older or having wrinkles. she looks great for her age anyway
+l.xtasy ... she's like 45. she just looks like that. it's fine omg
Lol. She looks older because she is older. She has a timeless beauty, but she is still aging.
Angela Baker Oh god a jealous bitch.
i love her. she is amazing.
She seems like such a nice person.
She’s so classy 😀
Great interview!! Very good interviewer! ❤
I also grew up with a beautiful and outgoing older sister, and I was the ugly one. I got into vintage fashion for the same reason, I wanted to feel comfortable and beautiful in my own way.
Loved this interview and the lighting!
Queen Dita
Did she just drink with that red lipgloss on the lips without making any marks on the glass? HOW!? 😍
There are specially formulated lipsticks that don't come off easily. I had two or three, years ago, and loved them. :-) Mine were matte, though; not glossy.
@@thekingsdaughter4233 I have two Maybelline liquid lipsticks but they are also matte. Glossy lipsticks are new to me, I think that NYX has it.

Love this interview, thank you for this!
Love you so much! You are like my modern day Marilyn💋 but better
Great interview!
Nice interview, calm like girlfriends having a chat... not that I know anything about that.
She makes me miss my dark hair so much.
Very good advice!!! :)
god I love her

She's so classy
She's so cool.
oooh the poor cute interviewer.. she seemed so nervous. but well who wouldn't be while interviewing this goddes
great interview!!
You know she's the one when her go to is fricking Veuve-Clicquot brut.

But i would rather go for a good Millésimé Dom Perignon Brut glass for sure.
I wish women of her class and style were more common my generation
“Be consistent!”
Groovy grool
Like.. it's like... like.. you know like...
She repeats "You know" A-L-O-T.
We all have fillers of some sort. But also " you know" feels a little more engaging with the other person.
Amazing
#love

Dude I need the woman YESTERDAY - that's an actual dominatrix..
That was cold.
Parker What do you mean?
I bet theres a long line of guys just waiting to ask her out😁😁
Alex Rui I think its the logical thing to asume, but I think that probably not. Men prefer other type of sexy - not retro sexy and customish sexy and thats how they see her - thats why there is no men going on her shows except gay men and those dragged there by their girlfriends.
Marcela Galatti idk I mean there are all different kinds of men. I’m sure there are a ton of men who love her type of sexy.
@@evanatbri-s13 Eva that is so far from the truth lol
Her nose
in a good way or bad way
y yg good way. It's sculpted to the Gods
amen
Wow. She is normal and classy I think... I wish I could speak with her like that "girly talk" or something.
❄⛄Charles are you getting cold?❄⛄
I LOVE how shes a girls girl :)
9:31
She's had dinner with the devil lol
This lighting is not doing anyone favors, not even Dita von Teese.
I just think she is Soo smart...

Dude is it me or is the interviewer DEEEEE worst in the world?
Yes, it's you.
