Beautiful villa. And a very comprehensive video and obviously a lot of work to shoot and edit with the drone shots etc.
Bur just some hopefully constructive criticism Jira. It would make a HUGE difference if you had a consistent approach to each video where in the description, or at the begining or even at the end ( it doesn't really matter as long as it's in the same place each time) you put all the key details.
So price
Size
Freehold/ leasehold etc if applicable
etc etc
In this one you describe it as a "great value" but then no where in the video or in the description do you say how much.
It was only when I'd watched it twice and checked the description twice, got annoyed and given up that I closed the video and noticed you'd put the price in the thumbnail!
Now to be fair that IS a good place to put it to attract people but it would be really helpful if you put it in the title of the video, in the description or at least mentioned it in the video at the begining when you talk about the size etc
I always feel with your videos I've got to hunt to find out the key facts.
EDIT - apologies - you DO actually mention the price and all the purchase details are 9.35 mark.
But I still do think it would be better to have it in the title, the description or in the first minute or two.

you can already see all the prices in the screenshot
before opening the video,
open your eyes.
@@muttersauer6038 Ok mate calm down. I was actually trying to help given I've lost count of the number of times I've seen the same thing in the comments of every other video - how much, how big, title etc.
Not having all of it in the description or the same place at the beginning each time is a mistake in my view.
This video was 9 and a half minutes in before she broke down all the price info, not everyone watches that long.
Anyway, as I said I saw it as constructive, just simping about how attractive she is etc won't actually help her sell any properties.
Nice house looks like a good price. the only thing missing from here is a ta dar if you put a ta dar in it would be perfect 😀💖

The house is a renovation property, the bathrooms and the kitchen need to be replaced. It has no solar system, the pump house is old, there is no carport etc. And there are certainly several construction defects. In my opinion, the price is at least 3 million THB too high.
perfect assessment from a 15 minute RUclips walkthrough, you should be a remote property valuer
I will be happy to help you if you know as little about building fabric as I do about quantum physics.
And of course you can sell a house at that price, you just have to find someone stupid.
