So price Size Freehold/ leasehold etc if applicable etc etc In this one you describe it as a "great value" but then no where in the video or in the description do you say how much. It was only when I'd watched it twice and checked the description twice, got annoyed and given up that I closed the video and noticed you'd put the price in the thumbnail! Now to be fair that IS a good place to put it to attract people but it would be really helpful if you put it in the title of the video, in the description or at least mentioned it in the video at the begining when you talk about the size etc I always feel with your videos I've got to hunt to find out the key facts. EDIT - apologies - you DO actually mention the price and all the purchase details are 9.35 mark. But I still do think it would be better to have it in the title, the description or in the first minute or two.
I think it's good how she does it, moreover, when looking at your channel you can already see all the prices in the screenshot before opening the video, open your eyes.

The house is a renovation property, the bathrooms and the kitchen need to be replaced. It has no solar system, the pump house is old, there is no carport etc. And there are certainly several construction defects. In my opinion, the price is at least 3 million THB too high.
I will be happy to help you if you know as little about building fabric as I do about quantum physics. And of course you can sell a house at that price, you just have to find someone stupid.
