@@YesOkayButWhy Wikipedia says that David Ellefson was accused of sexual misconduct in May 2021, so i would assume it's that. There was a sextape leak, and some claimed that the woman fan Ellefson had sex with was a minor, but turns out that she was of legal age and consenting. He was fired from megadeth shortly after anyway.
