Goodwill Unveils New Vision & Mission

Goodwill is known for helping people find work - that was the focus of the mission statement we wrote 50 years ago. But a lot has changed since then, and as we have evolved to meet the changing needs of our community, our vision and mission needed to grow along with us. Our new statements accurately reflect the organization’s changing role in the community over the years and clearly communicate the depth and breadth of the programs and services we provide to help people achieve their greatest potential and live their best life.

NEW MISSION: Goodwill builds pathways that help people pursue the life they want to achieve.
