i have a question i recently purchased a 18k ring for a a significant amount . but was sent only a box with bubble wrap ......... i asked to check surveillance cameras as box did not appear tampered with so am sure it was a issue at the point of packaging. i believe an employee/manager did not add the item and pocketed the item . i hope someone investigate this situation its extremely alarming. am still waiting for a response from this location. please help!!!can you check the cameras and find out what happened to the ring ?

Guys been with goodwill for 40 years huh? So he’s had the pleasure of witnessing their entire timeline of shady business practices. Like selling used goods they got for free in these stores or on their online eBay style auction site. They cherry pick anything that’s worth money and sell it online now at a premium. Or overprice it in their store. From $10 for a used T-shirt just because it has a Nike logo or $75 for a PS2 console only as is untested & no returns (no cables, controllers). People donate thinking their goods will be sold back to their local community to people who can’t afford new stuff. They should remove thrift from their name.

Goodwill and other thrift stores should feature pictures of their items on their Facebook ,Instagram or Twitter pages. This would increase business and save shoppers time and effort. Volunteers, perhaps, could update the pictures weekly.
