She is really coming along and by adding the doors and hatches makes every thing change before your eyes. Just a thought you should take a look at Onboard Lifestyle Ep. 39 and see if any thing like this can work for your boat. One other thing they did with the in there salon refit with the cushions might be an other thing to have a look at in Ep. 35. It has been a pure joy watch you take a dark and grimy boat and give it a bright and fresh new look to start you're new adventure on. See you next week.
Promised to myself that I will wait until the boat is ready and then binge watch from the point i stopped, but I gotta take a sneak peak from time to time lol
I love all of the boat building channels, but I think that you and SV Seeker are my favorite by far. Just the way you both edit and content is just more interesting. Great job and I can't wait until launch day.
Once again Simone cut's off my initial thought about all the white paint will feel like a hospital. Beautiful looking countertops. Still can't wait for splash day, once the engine problem is worked through of course.
@@livingwiththemaias Gotta game those YT algorithms! ❤️ After binging on your vids and those by Onboard Lifestyle (who, BTW, gave your channel a shout-out and was how I found you), I feel a lot more confident about finding a cheaper cat to massage into a home.

I used Stone Coat Epoxy to redo my old Dean 400 double sink.....turned out great....soon will tackle the remaining counter tops! Great job with the formica! Thanks! Andrew
Yes.....spent 6 months in the Bahamas before beginning this soon-to-be completed upgrade. Nowhere like yours.....but I see areas I should have gutted and started fresh vs bandaids. Next time! Good Episode, thanks. You guys are ripping through that to-do list now, and it looks all too easy until I think back to previous Eps and the prep work that first needed to be done. Getting your money's worth out of that handy-dandy router as well.
coming along very nicely!.Floor, ceiling and cushions and lighting will ad some contrast and really lift the aesthetics down the line, cant wait. Will be watching.closely.I will give this video a like, like...like ,like and a like, like.
Wow...what a difference the countertops make. It looks great. It's really coming along. I hope you guys find a good Yanmar engine to replace the old one.
Looks awesome! Some people turn their noses up at formica, but I like it...especially for boats. Tons of colors and designs, lightweight, very durable, pretty easy to work with and install, what's not to like?!
I suppose each to their own but for our application it's great and everything you mentioned. We don't want to be ripping countertops out anytime soon and this stuff is super durable 😊
So sorry to hear about the motor. But with as much work as y’all have put into the boat it would be a shame to have a failed engine. The countertops look amazing! Keep up the great work. Cheers from Texas!
So glad, in a nice way, you've got to repower. Nothing wrong with new and reliable. I've got an interesting proposal in regards to the repower. Look for an email. You guys really do chrun out the work. Bravo.

What a difference just a few seemingly small things make to give the feeling of real progress. Will you guys move onto the boat once the interior is finished or will you wait until it is all done?
Sure does! We will be moving in once the interior is done. Got to save on money wherever we can so once she is completely done on the inside we will be in there.
That’s a bummer when that happens. But not is all lost. Where the two surfaces sticks together. You simply use an hacksaw blade or wood saw to cut the bond by slicing through it.
Very nice... To bad about the engine, but as you mentioned, better finding out now than later. Hope you guys make a video on the hunt for a suitable engine...
Geliefden, ik heb echt met samengeknepen billen naar het snijden en plakken van de countertops zitten kijken!!! Ik voelde het tot in mijn beenmerg! :-) Happy for you that it worked out. Very nice, that black granite contrast with all the white. And again, a shame, that friggin' engine, but you guys will get there. Again thanx for an informative video! Greetingz, Wim
Well done looks good impressive the gas line should be free and visual not usually in conduct so you can see it for safety , to clear cat 1 off shore sailing they will want it visual , up to you But looks good

Hey, great channel, you asked in your video aboud code for gas, I read the other day a great piece at bds.home.xs4all.nl/info_artikel/16_gas_aan_boord_info_20m-50.pdf. It is in dutch but you can read that right? Wel the main thing is use as little gashose as possible, use soft copper pipe where possible. And calculate your system to your appliances. Ps in my own boat i also read the code after installing my system.

Excellent work, as usual. and with such a light boat, why do you need a diesel motor? a gas 4 cylinder could push that.
