If you experience winter weather where you live, the entire colony dies with the first frosts of fall. Next year's queens will hibernate, usually far from the nest of origin. I couldn't make out any nests in your video but I believe those wasps were invasive European paper wasps. Repeat the treatment you used in spring (May to June) in the same places even if you don't see wasps. That will kill off any wasps before they start a nest and get numerous... for a wasp free summer. Fix the screens that cover the vents and caulk any cracks or spaces.
That was great information. However, being that other wasps will often find the same nest locations due to pheromones, a good way to prevent that is to spray the same areas with spider/scorpion killer. I learned that from the Hornet King.
