I used to ride horses and this music is what galloping on horse back flat out among other horses and riders actually feels like. It captures it perfectly.
The enemy seemed doomed - but little did the king of the potato faces know, for the horsebro clans held a secret weapon far more sinister than blade or hoof: a REALLY badass battle soundtrack. The potato faces never stood a chance.
OMG, when the brass started, and the army was blowing their horns...that was just absolutely amazing. Great timing there! That seriously gave me shivers. Victory is my absolute favorite battle music.

I read all 4 of Tolkien's books (Hobbit, Fellowship, Towers, Return) and will probably have to look up King Theoden leading the Rohirrim charge. But anytime you can break the enemy's resolve is a big advantage!
I just earlier tonight I read Tolkien's description of the charge of the Rohirrim. It makes cold chills go down your spine when you read it! Never have words like that been written in English and those words cement his place as the UNDISPUTABLY BEST AUTHOR in the history of mankind.

Man imagine to ride with them against those orcs, i wouldnt care if i died i just wanna feel that feeling, i wonder how it feels like when charging knowing that u possibly will die.
LOTR is a real GOAT. J. R. R. Tolkien was a genius, he created a real masterpiece, nothing ever will be able to beat it. And the movies are the best book adaptation ever created.

If these battle scenes were great... I can only dream that one day we get on screen legendary battles like the Ninraeth Arnoediad, the Fall of Gondolin, the War of Wrath, the duel of Morgoth and Fingolfin, Fëanor vs the Balrogs, and many more... How epic would that be?
The charge of the Rohirrim will forever be one of the greatest moments in movie history. It will still be talked of in another 20 years whereas GoT will be forgotten as the failure it was due to the last 2 seasons.
