In this clip, Michael Thompson talks about the damage that he caused to the Aryan Brotherhood after he decided to flip and work with law enforcement to bring the organization down. Thompson reveals that his testimonies were so impactful that it caused the Aryan Brotherhood to restructure. From there, he revisits a case where he testified against the Hell's Angels and explains that it was because they murdered a mother and her two children. Moving along, Thompson recalls some of the most outrageous assassination attempts on his life, flipping on the Aryan Brotherhood while serving time behind bars and having Charles Manson as a fellow inmate.

I think it was formed already but it was still developing to its final form. But this subject is usually 1 of the reasons why illegal organizations have a problem within.
