    Sir nicely explained everything.i m search a lot of video but theory part is clear but I have doubt in graph part.but you are nicely explained everything.a heartly respect to you sir.when temp is above zero Kelvin then it looses it's step character but finally zero or tends to zero.brcause this question asked in my lecturer exam interview

  • @suchismitabehera5783
    @suchismitabehera5783 3 года назад

    Sir Fermi energy is the top most filledenergy level at absolute zero kelvin.then if there are 7 electron,n=4 is corresponds energy is the Fermi energy or not

    • @dr.ramumannam6459
      @dr.ramumannam6459  3 года назад

      For 7 electrons configuration would be 1s2 2s2 2p3 so n =4 can't be Fermi level. It could be 2p level Fermi level.

      @@dr.ramumannam6459 sir if according to the quantum number if n= 1 then two electron,n=2 then two electron so in that way n=4 where only one electron in that way if we considered

    I'm confused about this.
    Thanks in advance.

    • @suchismitabehera5783

      Discrete means not continuous suppose in harmonic oscillator the energy is 1/2 hutw then 3/2 hcut w not continuous

      Energy of photon is nhewu,so we have take n=1,2,3 so energy remains 1hnew,2 hnew but after 1 hnew nt coming 1.5 hnew so that in this case we say that energy is discrete nt contineous contineous means no gap in between them
