In bioshock 1 the little sisters were more scary and aggressive because I think the game developers wanted a scarier approach but in bioshock 2 they’re more cute and child looking I think they did this because people liked them so much and probably complained they looked creepy.
@@blademaster1227 I personally thought it fit with Rapture’s theming. In Bioshock 2, they’re just too bright for such a dreary place. Maybe that’s why they’re taken from the surface, as they hadn’t lived the same lives as the originals.

Compare BS1 Little Sister quotes to the ones from BS2 and there's a clear difference here. Here, they talk in an intentionally creepy way. But in BS2, despite their distorted voices, they talk all cute and innocently.
The little sisters without the voice effects sound like Lilli from Psychonauts. That or another character from that game. What is ADAM but biological psitanium and plasmids PSI powers? Especially considering System Shock 2 links.
The more lucid moment of the little sisters are more terrifying. Definite "And I must Scream" moments when they bodies are indoctrinated under Atlas's control, but their minds are still wet clay to their own hands.
