How do you review immersive exhibitions?

Let's look at the future of immersive experiences. How do these works fit into a larger ecosystem of immersive exhibitions, and how do we preserve them? Should we preserve them?
Ed Rodley (Co-Founder & Principal of The Experience Alchemists) and Ersin Han Ersin (artist and creative director of London-based experiential studio Marshmallow Laser Feast) posit that there isn't yet a established culture of critique when it comes to immersive experiences - an extremely important component of art that allows creators and institutions to reflect on their work and grow.
